Every food organisation must have a HACCP plan made up of HACCP principles.
As a manager or owner you will need to have thought about the HACCP principles and how you are going to implement them in your business. You will need to put your conclusions down in your HACCP plan and you must update your plan to keep it current.

- File 1 – A step by step guide to producing your HACCP plan
- File 2 – All the blank forms you need ready to fill in with your own details.
When complete, remove the front piece from file 2 and put your own name and company name on the front.
Now you have your own company HACCP plan.
Remember it is now ready to audit, but you must keep it up to date.
