Food Safety/Hygiene Course - Level 2 Polish Translation
This is the simplest and most effective way to obtain knowledge and understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP to the standard required for those who handle high risk food. The course is written to national industry standards and covers Food Hygiene and Safety practices along with providing an introduction to HACCP.
In total, the Level 2 Polish Food Hygiene Training Course has 5 lessons of learning, each lasting around 30 minutes each, and is followed by a 30 question multiple choice assessment.
The course is divided into the following lessons and subject areas:-
- The importance of food safety.
- Personal hygiene.
- Safe cleaning and use of chemicals.
- Food safety hazards.
- Temperature control and safe food storage.
In total the course will take the average user between 2.5 and 3 hours to complete. The course will allow you to log in and out of the system so you do not have to complete the course and assessment in one sitting if you do not wish to.

The Test
The assessment contains 30 multiple choice questions, which are randomly generated from a bank of over 90 questions. To be successful the candidates must achieve 20 correct answers (67%) to obtain their Food Hygiene Certificate.
If for any reason a candidate fails the assessment we offer unlimited free resits to all users.
The Certificate
You can print your City & Guilds Accredited Certificate from your PC or Laptop Computer. In addition to this you'll also recieve an email with your certificate attached that you can keep as a backup just in case you lose your original.
